So, last year, I got to share a table with ~ahnline (https://www.deviantart.com/ahnline) at AX Artist Alley... I spent most of the time playing my violin for tips, and raked in almost $300.
Not having to pay for materials + playing anime music on violin = $300? WIN!!!
After the con was over, several of our fellow artists came up to say how much they enjoyed the music.
HOWEVER, there was one anonymous complaint that ONE person made, that they found the music annoying.

Hello my dear. You may remember me as Neo from this year's Anime Expo. I thought you might be interested to know that this one newspaper called the San Fernando Valley Sun misprinted your YouTube information. It says "violinistBALA" and not "ViolinistBAKA". That's all.

I've taken the liberty of sending them an email myself about that (among several other typos they made in that article). It's been noted, so they're aware of it. They told me that the letters "K" and "L" being next to each other made it an easy mistake to make as they're not as well-versed about Japanese anime as you and I are.
